I create, make & bake in my NEW Bakery!
I create, make and bake in the bakery, which is nestled on David Foot’s Higher Ashton Farm, right in the middle of the countryside (on Goulds Hill). I love seeing the wildlife including hares and deer and watching the cattle! And I cook a bit too!
I make the most of local produce and am often found foraging for wild garlic, elderflower, blackberries, sloes and more.

I cook just about any thing & every thing from my kitchen in Upwey with an emphasis on local seasonal produce. You can typically find me at Dorset Farmers’ Markets, Food Festivals & other events.
